Flat + Tube Laser

CUTTING-EDGE EQUIPMENT.

Quality drives everything we do, so we utilize only the best equipment, using state-of-the-art tube laser-cutting technology and flatbed laser-cutting machines. Our 20 lasers allow us to quickly turn around quotes, prototypes and production runs with efficient but accurate precision. Meanwhile, Our flatbed laser-cutting machines process a variety of materials for varying industries, including steel, stainless steel and aluminium.

Forming

FORM MEETS FUNCTION.

Our state-of-the-art press brake equipment is able to provide high-quality, cost-effective part bending. With equipment ranging in 65- to 320-ton capacity, we can form the parts you need. Our quick turnaround is achieved through reduced setup times and the ability to produce smaller quantity runs with shorter lead times.

Machining

FROM PRINT TO PART.

Our machining department uses CNC milling and lathe machines to get you from print to part, all in timely precision. From small part quantities to large production runs, We are equipped to meet your exacting requirements. Flat, structural or tube stock, we can handle various metals, while our 90-degree band saws, mitre band saws and mitre chop saws allow us to work with alloys, including aluminium, steel, stainless steel and various plastics.

Robotic + Manual Welding

LET THE SPARKS FLY.

We offers a full range of welding services, including mig, tig, spot, pulse, brazing, stainless steel and robotic welding. Applications range from small components to large assemblies, from simple weldments to complex hospital beds.

In-house Coating

IN-HOUSE, QUICK-TURN COATING.

Our powder coating line features a seven-stage wash system, laser de-scaling center, reverse osmosis water procedure and an in-line zinc priming station. With endless color choices and the latest powder coating technology, We can change out colour in 3-5 minutes for a quick-turnaround, eye-pleasing finish.

Assembly

FAB ASSEMBLY.
